[edit] We need consensus.

I propose that all articles about cities (Chicago, Illinois, Buffalo, New York, et all) be written from a strictly in-character style, and that articles about the chronicles (New Haven by Night) be about the chronicles from an out of character style. Nabollo 06:45, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
